What you'll love about this new functionality
Long templates shouldn't mean long inspections. Until now, conditional logic could only hide content within a page, so you still had to click through pages, sections, and questions that no longer applied.
With the new skip to complete logic, you set a condition once and your team is taken right to 'complete inspection' when it's met. All remaining questions, sections, pages, and approvals are skipped automatically, so your team finishes faster and stays focused on what's relevant.
With the new skip to complete logic, you can now:
Cut completion time on complex inspections. When a condition is met, jump straight to complete inspection instead of clicking through questions that don't apply.
Handle more scenarios in one template. Build different flows into a single template instead of creating duplicate versions.
How it works
When adding logic to a question, choose skip to complete from the logic dropdown and set your condition, for example "if yes, then skip to complete." You can apply skip to complete across multiple-choice, text, number, checkbox, slider, and signature questions, and more.
How to get started with the new release
Skip to complete is available to SafetyCulture customers on any plan, on the web app and the mobile app (version 26.18 and above). To add logic fields, users need "Conduct, edit" template access at a minimum.
