Welcome! This group is for SafetyCulture users who are curious about the new Schedules experience and how to move over from legacy successfully.

What is new Schedules?
The new Schedules experience offers a more modern and scalable way to manage recurring work across teams, sites, and assets. It introduces granular timing and frequency controls, true bulk management for multi-site schedules, explicit time zone selection, richer visibility into schedule activity, and asset-based schedules designed for high-volume operations.

New Schedules is currently being rolled out across all customer orgs. Legacy Schedules will be deprecated for all customers in 2026, so we encourage all customers to start using new Schedules as soon as they have access.
