We use sites in construction as projects.
Some take 3-6 months some take 1-2 years.
As part of for example assets I am looking at an Ai method that sets minimum targets from a company sites perspective on each site (project)...
I understand we can do this with analytics but wanted to not overcrowd all the KPIs.
I am really looking for an intuitive way not only to create schedules but also utilise this with not just asset targets but all targets aimed at pre planning.
Again just want to emphasise I want to really go all out on using the technology so we have augmented planning that is easy to access, change and adapt.
I have some thoughts ref analytics but wanted to also be inclusive with site members where they get pre warning if the autonomous plans start to falter...👍
