Hello
I have created inspection templates and in the settings have toggled off the option to create an action (screenshot below). However, inspections are still being completed with the users creating actions.
The problem is that it they do not have the authority to create actions. And in creating actions they are assuming a problem has been reported and then wonder why the problem wasn't fixed when they "reported" it as an action.
Is there another setting where I can turn off this option. Happy for it to be for all inspection templates.
