Hi, one of my team is trying to pre-populate some of his inspection forms using a pre-set template we use on our sytem. These are then saved into the 'In progress' section of the home page for him to pick up and complete on site with landowners. However it is only allowing him to complete 2 and then he gets this message (as attached). When he clicks 'Request full seat' button its just tells him to contact support. I am unsure how to amend this for him, please could you help?
