I am looking at having a clear out of old inspections from our system.
We have not done a good job in managing the repository and I wanted to kind of wipe the slate clean. I have been manually deleting tranches of inspections and then deleting from the archive … however this is quite time consuming.
I was wondering if I could ask … for instance that all inspection reports and data could be cleared 'on mass' if I requested it?
We have around 16000 inspection reports … what is the best way/ least time consuming way for me to achieve what I want to.
