• Scheduled repeats metric: See every scheduled repeat, including ones that haven't started, so you can spot upcoming work.
• Flexible grouping and filtering: Build charts by status, template, site, and start date, so you can focus on the areas that matter.
• Visibility of to-do inspections: See scheduled inspections in to-do status in Analytics, so you can follow up before deadlines.

We released this immediately — it's available now in the web app for Premium and Enterprise plans, so you can start tracking upcoming scheduled work in Analytics today.

What's new:

• Modern report layout: A refreshed structure and default styling you can choose alongside the classic layout, so reports better reflect how you present work.
• Style controls: Customize accent color and pick from three preset fonts directly in the report editor to align reports with your brand without extra tools.
• PDF exports and availability: Modern style exports to PDF today and is available on the web and mobile. Word export is not supported.

We released this immediately — the new report styles are available now on the web, and you can start customizing reports today.

What's new:

• Force fall detection setting: You can require fall detection for every worker from the Lone Worker settings, ensuring consistent coverage.
• Locked mobile toggle: Workers see fall detection on and cannot turn it off while the setting is active, so you have guaranteed protection.
• No setup required: The setting applies to existing workers immediately, and saved worker preferences are preserved if you turn it off later.

We released this immediately — it's available now in the web app; enable it in Lone Worker settings to ensure fall detection for your teams.

• Bulk pause: Pause up to 1,000 active schedules at once, preventing new inspections from starting while allowing in-progress work to finish.
• Bulk resume: Resume paused schedules in one action so assignees can start new inspections as repeats become available.
• Bulk delete: Delete multiple schedules with a typed confirmation; deletion happens asynchronously and may show as pending briefly.
