The Mitti Manufacturing app on Android is available now for all organizations with Premium or Enterprise plans that include the Manufacturing module. Your team can start using Android tablets immediately to streamline quality checks and production monitoring without any additional setup or delays.

What's new:

• Archive, restore, and delete: Assets together with their child assets in one action, and track all changes in your asset history.
• Bulk actions on multiple assets: Select several assets to archive, restore, delete, or change their parent simultaneously.
• Mobile support: Set a parent when creating or editing an asset on the mobile app, and view hierarchy information on asset profiles and in your asset list.

We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon! Asset hierarchy is available on the web app and mobile app version 26.44 or later for iOS and Android. Archive, restore, delete, and bulk actions are available on the web app only. Hierarchy depth varies by plan: Premium Plan supports 2 levels, and Enterprise Plan supports up to 10 levels.

The difference is almost always the prompt. A strong one covers five things:

• Action: what you want done

• Data: Issues, Inspections, Actions, Documents or Templates

• Filter: site, team, template or status

• Timeframe: last 30 days, Q2 or since January

• Output format: table, summary, chart or PDF

Here’s what that looks like in practice:

Weak: “Show me all safety issues”

Strong: “Show me all open safety Issues at the North Yard site raised in the last 30 days, sorted by priority with assignee and due date, in a table.”

Two more tips:

• Treat it like a conversation. Follow up with “Now break that down by site” instead of starting over.

• If the output is going into a board pack or anything a regulator might read, check the numbers against the source first.
