We introduced Credentials Matrix in Analytics so you can view credential submissions and statuses for users across your organization in real time, filter by Company, drill into details, and export CSVs.
What's new:
- Credentials matrix: See each user's credential status, whether they're valid, expiring soon, pending approval, or expired, in a single, real-time matrix view to speed up compliance checks.
- Filters and drill-down: Filter by Company to focus on credentials of users in specific contractor companies, then drill into any credential for full details.
- Exports: Download the matrix or drill-down data as CSV or Excel for reporting and sharing.
This feature is available now in the web app for Premium and Enterprise customers with the required analytics permissions — check Analytics to get started.
