We’ve made it simple for admins to convert a rule-based group or site back to manual membership, so you can take direct control without recreating groups or sites.
What's new:
- Delete all rules: Admins can remove all membership rules from a group or site to convert it to manual membership, so you don’t need to recreate it.
- Members retained: Existing members, roles, and permissions remain in place after conversion, keeping access intact.
- Reconvert when ready: You can convert a manual group or site back to rule-based membership later, provided you remove all existing members and managers first.
This change is available now in the web app for Premium and Enterprise plans, so you can simplify membership management immediately.
