We’ve added a Lock order setting to onboarding workflows so you can require users to complete each step in sequence, ensuring compliance and simplifying migration from Paths.
What's new:
Lock order setting: Require users to complete each onboarding step (training and credential uploads) in the specified sequence, preventing skipped steps and helping you meet compliance requirements.
Cross-platform availability: Create and enforce locked workflows on the web and mobile apps (v26.02+), so your teams follow the same process everywhere.
Control and permissions: Only admins with training administration and credentials management permissions, and a full seat, can create or enable the setting to keep control with the right people.
