We now officially support negative inspection scores in Analytics, so you can track and visualize penalty-style performance accurately, and avoid surprises when migrating or comparing legacy data.
What's new:
- Negative scoring support: Analytics now accepts and displays inspection scores below 0%, so you can track penalty-style results and avoid masked failures.
- Accurate visuals and KPIs: Charts and KPI ranges now represent negative values, letting you set underperforming thresholds and see real averages, not flattened zeros.
- Compatibility guidance: Chart types that can't show negatives, like Pie and Dial, show clear messages so your dashboards remain accurate.
We've released this now — it's available immediately in the web app for Premium and Enterprise customers with the appropriate Analytics permissions; check your dashboards and KPIs to view negative scores and get a clearer view of team performance.
