We now support negative scoring in inspections so you can see true performance, quickly spot high-risk failures, and trust that reports match what happened in the field.
What's new:
- Negative scoring in inspections: Scores and percentages can fall below 0%, so you see the real impact of penalties and serious issues.
- Analytics and reports: Compatible charts and tables now accept negative inspection scores, giving consistent, accurate reporting across views.
- Backfill and availability: We’re recalculating historical inspections from 2021 onward, and the update is available on web and mobile version 26.04 and above.
We’ve made this change so your data reflects actual inspection results. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon!
