We’ve made it faster and easier for you to stop panic alerts directly from the Lone Worker pinned widget on mobile, so you can act quickly and return to the app when every second counts.
What's new:
- Back button: Return to other screens while a panic is active, reducing friction in emergency moments.
- Resolve from widget: Stop a panic or call for help directly from the pinned widget, with no extra navigation required.
- Active-state awareness: The widget continues to show the panic’s active state, keeping you informed when you move around the app.
This update improves safety, responsiveness, and user confidence. It's available now on mobile (iOS 25.48+, Android 25.50+) for Premium and Enterprise organizations with the "Lone Worker: Access" permission.
