We’ve made it faster to communicate during an incident: you can notify many pending recipients in a single action and mark people who responded outside the app, so you spend less time managing alerts and more time helping those affected.
What's new:
- Bulk notify: Bulk send one notification via SMS, call, push, or email to all pending recipient, saving you time during an incident.
- Manual status marking: Mark a pending recipient as safe or needs help when they respond outside the app, keeping the incident list accurate.
- Traceability: Each manual change records who made it, so you can see who updated a recipient’s status.
This is available now in the web app for eligible admins—try it in your next alert to manage responses faster.
