We now let you link existing files from Documents directly to templates as inspection instructions, so you no longer need to upload duplicate copies. When a linked file is updated, the latest version appears across all templates it's used in, helping you keep teams aligned and save time.
What's new:

- Manage linked items: View where files are used, unlink from templates, and prevent archiving while linked to reduce errors and improve control.
We made it easier to manage instructions and reduce manual work. Llinking files to templates is available in the web app while linked instructions can be viewed in inspections on web and mobile. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon!
