We’ve made it easy to link and view files from Documents directly inside training courses, so you can keep materials current, reduce duplication, and give learners fast access to the right information.
What's new:
- Link files from Documents: Link or upload PDFs, DOC, DOCX, XLS, and XLSX (up to 100MB) via file slides so your courses always reference the latest files.
- View files inside courses: Learners can preview linked files on web and mobile without downloading or leaving the course, making training smoother and more reliable.
- Manage linked items: A new Training tab in Documents shows which courses a file is linked to, so you can track usage and update materials more easily.
This feature is available now to all organizations on any SafetyCulture plan, on the web and mobile app (26.08+); you can start linking files today and learners assigned to a course will be able to view linked files immediately.
