We’ve added geofencing to Lone Worker so you can monitor when team members enter or leave designated work areas, receive real-time alerts, and respond faster to incidents.
What's new:
- Real-time area tracking: See when workers enter or exit designated zones to improve situational awareness and response times.
- Two geofence types: Create polygon or radius-based zones to match your operational needs.
- Web management: Create, edit, view, and delete geofences from the Lone Worker settings or the live map.
This feature is available on the web to Premium and Enterprise customers with the appropriate Lone Worker permissions. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon!
