We’re making it simple for you to automate communications for Lone Worker jobs so designated responders get notified faster, reducing manual monitoring and improving safety.
What's new:
- Custom alerts: Enable SMS and email for key job events so alerts reach responders immediately.
- Group-based rules: Create rules per job group and job type to route notifications to the right teams.
- Recipient control: Assign up to 5 contacts per event, and deliver alerts via email, push, or SMS to ensure visibility.
We designed this to reduce manual oversight and speed incident response. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon!
