We're updating how inspection history is stored so you can view recent changes instantly, download older records when needed, and rely on clear retention limits for compliance.
What's new:
- View recent history: Inspection history from the last 12 months remains viewable on the web app, so you can track changes, including who made them and when.
- Download older records: Inspection history from 12 months to 7 years can be downloaded as a CSV file for audits and compliance.
- Clear retention policy: Records are retained for up to 7 years, with a 6-month grace period for existing records already older than 7 years before permanent deletion.
This keeps inspection history sustainable while ensuring you still have access to the records that matter most. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon!
