We’re giving you control to show or hide the note, media, and action buttons in templates so you can simplify inspections, reduce clutter, and collect higher-quality responses.
What's new:
- Note button: Hide or show the note button in each template to keep inspections focused and avoid unnecessary comments.
- Media button: Turn media on or off to reduce visual clutter and prevent irrelevant photos or videos.
- Action button: Enable or disable the action button to avoid unnecessary tasks and improve the quality of your inspection data.
We’re rolling this out on web and mobile (app version 25.44 and above) so you can start customizing templates to simplify inspections and reduce clutter. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon!
