We now let you require signatures on files linked to a Heads Up, so you can collect and track who has signed in one place, reduce paper and manual follow-ups, and keep a clear audit trail.
What's new:
- Require signatures on linked files: Authors can require assignees to sign linked files when creating or editing a Heads Up, so you capture verified acceptance tied to user, version, and date.
- Centralized signature register: See who has signed, with name, date, version, and their signature, making compliance checks and follow-ups faster.
- Mobile and web signing: Sign instantly on web or mobile (mobile app 26.18 or above), removing the need for paper or external tools.
This makes it faster and simpler for you to collect auditable signatures and stay compliant. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon!
