We added an "Assign to inherited site members" toggle in the new Schedules experience so you can assign site- and asset-based schedules across your site hierarchy, replicate legacy behavior, and ensure no one is missed.
What's new:
- Include inherited site members toggle: Turn it on to assign schedules to users from parent sites, so assignments cover your full site hierarchy.
- Inherited member count badge: See how many additional assignees will be included before you save, so you can manage notification impact.
- Default off and permissions: The toggle is off by default, and users with schedule create or manage permissions can enable it, so you control when it’s used.
We recommend enabling the toggle only where inherited membership is needed to avoid extra notifications. We are rolling this out gradually to ensure the best experience, so keep an eye out for it soon!
